We will invest our time and effort to build a professional three page website; we only get paid by the hosting and maintenance of your website. We are charging monthly 8.33 pound for domain, hosting and maintaining your site including email setup and others. But if you want to buy just domain and hosting from any other company, they will charge you minimum 30 pound per month. We have bought bulk space and high speed dedicated professional business server. Therefore, we can afford the service with the lowest cost. The main idea behind these free services is just to promote our business to a major scale, which would bring many opportunities in the future. Around 40% business of the business came to online already. Very soon, online business will cover almost 100%. But still small business is far away from online source. We want them to come and join us with online scope.

I already have a domain and hosting registered with different company? What do I have to do?
Don’t worry! If you already have a domain or host or both registered with a different company, you’ll need to email us the domain and hosting details such as username, password and of-course the name of the company from where you have registered the domain.
I Already got domain name and hosting registered, will you reduce some amount?
No, we would not reduce any price in that case.
I Already got domain name and hosting registered, still you can offer me 5 pop email accounts and email forwarding?
Yes, we can offer you the same feature as we committed. If your host does not support 5 pop email accounts, we will add your domain name in to our hosting without any additional cost. However, you will have the same feature as you found at the feature page.
How many days will it take to complete the website?
Typically, we take 5 working days to deliver your website. But, if the resources like texts, photos, links etc.. and funds are not passed on to us on the time of development, it delays both you and us to complete the website. We post the website online, once you approve the site. We arrange some ways to show you the development before posting for approval.
Do I have to come to your office?
No, you do not need to come to our office. Once you fill up the registration form, and email us the website content such as all the website text, photos, email address and payments, our job starts from there. If I want more than 3 pages, how much do you charge extra?
If you need more than 3 pages, you would be charged £10 for each extra page and would charge £2 each for additional images. Contents and image you need to send us at the very beginning. If you decide to increase your pages after developing the site, there might be problems with the design for additional buttons and this would incur extra cost relevant to the development.
What if I want to upgrade the basic website to a well design website after some time? What can be done?

Can I cancel the service any time?
Yes. You can cancel the service once you clear out all the payments. But, it dose not come free. To remove the domain from the host, they charge £50 (approx). Once payment is made to us, we will hand over the domain details to you.
Can I approve my web site before it launches?
Yes, your comment and suggestions are important to us, our consultant will show you your web site on the internet (on our domain) before it launches on the Web. Nothing is published without your approval.
Information on your web site
The information that appears on the site is to be provided by the client. Information such as, texts, images, logos and other contents need to reach us at the very beginning of the development phase as electronic format (email or CD/DVD). In case if, you don’t have any logo, we can design you one at £50 (approx). Texts can also be prepared for you, but we need some basic information and details of products and services you provide. Photo session can be arranged upon discussion at convenient distance (London and surrounding). These will incur you additional cost.
How do I pay you?
You can pay us by your company cheque and post it to our office address. Write your company name, address and domain name in a separate paper. All checks need to payable to Flick Media Ltd. Even you can pay us by cash. After your registration process is done, we will send you our company bank details, you have to transfer 50% of the total amount in advance. When your website is ready after approval by you and successfully uploaded in to the server, you will have to pay the rest 50% within 7 working days. Make sure that, the cheque is not bounced, it would incur you additional £50.
